Minutes aren't showing up

• Check that Screen Time is on: Settings > Screen Time.
• Check that nuff still has access: Settings > Screen Time > Apps with Screen Time Access.
• Open nuff once. It brings everything up to date and starts counting again.
• nuff updates every minute while you use the app, sometimes with a short delay. After the first hour, iOS reports minutes in larger steps. Widgets refresh about every 5 minutes.

The widget shows the wrong number

Open nuff, then return to the Home Screen. If the widget still looks wrong, touch and hold it, tap Edit Widget and choose the app again.

Restoring nuff+

Open nuff > Settings > nuff+ > Restore. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with. nuff+ works with Family Sharing, so people in your family group get it too.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does nuff block apps?

No. nuff only counts. For a reminder at your limit, set the same limit in iOS: Settings > Screen Time > App Limits > Add Limit. nuff keeps counting either way.
