The short version: nuff collects nothing. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything nuff knows stays on your iPhone.

Who we are

nuff is made by Maxim Velli ("we"). Contact: maxim.velli@icloud.com.

What nuff uses, and where it stays

• Screen Time data. With your permission, nuff uses Apple's Screen Time API (the Family Controls and Device Activity frameworks) to receive minute counts for the apps you pick. Apple gives nuff opaque tokens for those apps, not their contents. nuff never sees what you type, read, watch, or browse. The counts are stored on your device only, in storage shared between the nuff app and its widgets.
• Your settings. Goals, limits, the names you give apps, and your daily minute history are stored on your device only. History is kept until you remove that app from nuff or delete nuff.
• Purchases. nuff+ is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we receive no payment details and no personal information. nuff checks your purchase on the device through Apple's StoreKit.
• Notifications. If you allow them, nuff shows a local notification when you reach a goal. It is generated on the device; nothing is sent to a server.

What nuff does not do

• No data is sent to us or to anyone else. nuff has no server and makes no network requests of its own.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No tracking across apps or websites.
• No account, no sign-in, no email collection.

Your control

You can turn off nuff's Screen Time access at any time in Settings > Screen Time. Removing an app in nuff deletes its minutes and history. Deleting nuff deletes everything it stored. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on request. You are still welcome to ask us anything at the address above.

Children

nuff is for individual use on your own iPhone and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. If nuff ever started collecting data, it would ask you first.
